Kevin Harding is the Team Leader of the Strategic Real Estate Group and has been a full time, award winning Realtor since 2008. A resident of Durham Region since 1984, Kevin understands intimately, the diverse communities, their strengths and their challenges. Not only is Kevin a top producing Real Estate Agent but he is also a seasoned Real Estate Investor who owns several properties. “I developed a love for Real Estate early, purchasing my first home at age 22 and over time buying a 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc.” Outside of Real Estate, Kevin loves to spend time with his wife, Kristen and their two sons. Kevin also believes in giving back to the community as a member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Oshawa. Rotary is a worldwide organization of friends, neighbours and community leaders who volunteer their time, money and talents to get things done both in their community and around the globe. “When my first son was born I decided I would rather show him how to be a good person rather than just tell him to be one.
